Many senior educational administrators are disappointed with technology's adoption in the education sector. The common refrain is that EdTech should have 'Ed' before 'Tech' and 'Tech' should not overshadow 'Ed' as is happening right now.
The educational industry is currently heavily digitalised, and schools must ensure that this change is inclusive. Such results would go a long way toward ensuring the sustained growth of the digital economy and its ability to improve numerous people's lives by teaching digital skills. In the K12 educational system, I think online learning will become more and more significant. The global economy is seeing more considerable developments, including the education sector's digitalisation. It is fascinating that kids have the ability to be very creative and learn new things. Kids have minds designed to learn, and adults have minds designed to perform.
Adults experience functional fixedness, which causes them to perceive everything precisely as it is due to the brain's maturation. An adult, for instance, will view a tennis racquet exactly as it is. A child, however, will interpret a broomstick as a javelin stick. Children often act in ways that adults find humiliating when learning. Children will feel uncomfortable in the future when they reflect on an incident, but they don't feel humiliated right now. They would not have done those things or grown as they did if they had been terrified of appearing silly.Read more
Self-confidence enables students to handle setbacks, mistakes and failures with ease. Instead of being crippled by it, resilient children get up quickly, learn from their mistakes, and try again.
