Post of the Month Awards for Teachers

Acharya Vinoba Bhave app, created by Pune Zilla Parishad (ZP), enables teachers to communicate with one another and exchange instructional resources and best practices. On the Acharya Vinoba Bhave app, at least 7,800 teachers from schools in the Pune district will post their weekly lesson plans. The software, created by the Pune Zilla Parishad (ZP), enables instructors to communicate with one another and exchange instructional resources and best practices.

Its mission is to improve education by making it more comprehensive, practical, and satisfying for students. Education must foster character development while also preparing students for lucrative, satisfying careers. Children not only pick up new information, but they also learn how to learn. For a variety of reasons, technological use in education has stalled. The use of 21st-century technology in education and by educators is unquestionably necessary. We are working diligently on several fronts to boost community adoption of tickLinks.

Many teachers are working to nurture the education culture of the state. Vinoba app provides a platform for such works. Teachers can share their work and learn from each other. Teachers can share their TLMs, projects are done with students or share their experiences about events in school or interesting anecdotes with students. Teachers can motivate each other by liking their work. The Post of the Month is decided based on the likes and views of all teachers and also based on the inputs of DIET staff. The Post of the Month is awarded at various levels – school, cluster, block and district to make it inclusive and motivate the teachers. You can see the awarded posts and the Post of the Month award by signing into the Vinoba app.

Vinoba Bhave sikshak karyakram helps teachers to develop and improve teaching-learning methods for students. It is also possible to acquire new teaching skills from each other. As a result, it is helping to improve the quality of education and teaching.

The importance of inspiring and involving instructors in order to promote universal self-embracement for adoption and change is heavily emphasised. Tools like gamification, recognition, likes, shares, and awards boost engagement. The Vinoba programme helps with alignment and increases efficiency and speed. There may be more groups and activities that are academic, extracurricular, and topic-focused. In all schools, groups, and districts, teachers should be visible and recognised. One important element that could result in better support for children with disabilities is improved teacher help through weekly planning and activities.

Teachers can use tickLinks as a platform to connect, engage, and be recognised. With the help of tickLinks, two-way communication between administrators and teachers is made possible, and a network of instructors is formed that makes it simple for them to collaborate, learn from, and respect one another's work. Programs at different levels are used to thank teachers for their accomplishments on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. tickLinks promotes peer review by enabling two-way communication between administrators and professors. This also aids in building the instructor portfolio. They aim to implement the NEP, 21st Century Education, to create teachers who are ready for the modern classroom by helping them and providing them with the necessary materials, including lesson plans suited to the curriculum and more.
